Drill a 1/4" hole about 3-3/4" from the back of the top tier of the cart in the center (enough for the screw to turn from underneath) - scroll down for details

How to Mount Computer on Cart

The ASUS computer base assembly uses a single 1/4"-28 thread screw that mounts the base to the stand. To mount to a cart, a snug hole must be drilled through the cart tabletop at the proper position, and a longer screw used.

To install, you will need:

drill and either wood or metal drill bit
1" (or longer) screw plus washers

Prior to permanently mounting the computer to the cart, experiment with mounting locations, putting the computer (and battery backup) close to the center of gravity to avoid tipping.
